You really never go into your attic unless there's a problem. A few years back we had our roof replaced and figured all was well. We had a presale inspection on our house and the inspector noted a mold like substance. The potential buyer's relator suggested Mr. Mold. to address the issue. Well, whether we sold or not I was adamant to get it repaired so we called Sean. He came out quickly, accessed the problem, and gave what I believed to be a fair estimate. He's a small business owner NOT a corporate mega company that sends you a disgruntled employee that complains about how under paid they are and does bare minimum to quickly get out and on to the next job. Sean makes sure the job gets done right the first time without any complaining.
